Can I ask what IDIOT thought putting "drop boxes" for a formal document (which each only gets one) on the street corner?
The cheating (aside from phone tracking) is obvious, the corruption unbelievable.

we do "polling places" (schools/halls etc) in each community.
"officials, conduct, 1 paper / person (& we get chked of a list as compulsary)
Officials count (manually) votes watched by officials from each party. can't rig that.
Saudi use an ink finger system.
USA need to review election/voting process.
