Word of advice for problems at the polls. Usually there's nothing you can do if you find some gaping thing and they don't care. So document it and file a complaint later. Beacuse it's likely there are Jurisdiction problems between sheriff and police and there a question to if they even care at all, and what you might have found can't be fixed on the day at the polls. (so you must deal with it later the cops will MAKE YOU LEAVE) better to take a picture and quietly move on when you got problems.

For example in Cali they got this check your vote online nonsense, if there's a number that matches my ballot again (that will be a individually identifyable ballot) . In my case, I will simply re-file the complaint I already made on this to keep it fresh and under two years e.g. no statue of limits.

So I have two problems in California.
