Looks like original image is reversed based on keyboard, so if you wanna try and fig what letters on his shirt gotta reverse it.

fwiw window appears to be one of those dual-glaze windows with a shade encased between the glass. Keeping the heat out or the cold? Not inexpensive windows if true.
