Dostarlimab, sold under the brand name Jemperli, is a monoclonal antibody used as a medication for the treatment of endometrial cancer.[4][5][7][8][9].

Dostarlimab is a programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1)–blocking monoclonal antibody.[4][5][6]

On 5 June 2022, a paper was published reporting a study of 12 patients with mismatch repair–deficient (dMMR) stage II or III rectal adenocarcinoma due to microsatellite instability. After six months of treatment the cancer was undetectable by physical exam, endoscopy, PET scans, or MRI scans in all 12 patients. The cancer has remained undetectable in all patients, including one followed for 25 months, however it was not indicated for most forms of colorectal cancer.[10]

Dostarlimab was approved for medical use in the United States and in the European Union in April 2021.
