Nah, the division was a primary axiom of Hitler's warped system of evil.
He started with dividing himself and his police state from the rest of humanity (after being groomed by the tri families to become a 'persona' for an upcoming ritual of evil to brainwash the world), and it was only after he accepted that logic did he 'see' his own hate and division outside himself where it didn't exist, such as in the peaceful neighborhoods of law abiding jews (and gypsies, blacks, they were all 'seen' as divided by their own fault.
