All that is needed to search the full text of the breads, is a script to unzip the files fro GermanAnon's archive on mega.nz, and load them into SOLR.
SOLR is a free tool
http://lucene.apache.org/solr/
that anyone can run on a reasonably powerful machine with enough RAM (since it is a RAM search tool). It is used by the NSA as part of their Xkeyscore system and can do full text searches as well as metadata (things like dates or tripcodes).
However, if the search tool is not hosted, it cannot be shared. If you can't afford to host it, then get the scripts written and a SOLR schema and release it. Somebody with the means to pay for hosting can take it from there.
Alternatively, recognize that anyone can download and unzip the files from mega.nz, and anyone can run their favorite disk/file search tool on them.
To help people with this, you could provide scripts to methodically download all the breads from mega.nz. A script to do the unzipping, and IMHO it would be good to have a script that pulls the posts out of the HTML files and dumps them in a plain text format. This makes it easier to deal with file search tools that treat the files as plain text and can take care of things like breaking long lines to 80 chars or less, and putting in some kind of clear delimiters between posts like this
