Mr. Biden: With their votes, the American people have spoken. Proving once again, that democracy is who we are.

Mr. Biden: I'm not prepared to believe the Supreme Court is going to overrule the existing decision…There's a lot we can do in the meantime…starting education at age three, formal schooling at age three.
