Most people are sheep.
But that can be used to the advantage of Good Leaders as well.
Sheep need a Good Shepherd.
10% Critical Mass is all that is necessary, the rest will fall in line. It is predictable.
If a slave owner abuses his slave, his slave is likely to rebel & try to escape. If a slave owner provides well for his slave (food, clothes, shelter), his slave is more likely to be complacent & compliant & content with his lot in life as a slave.
Sometimes, we need to experience a bit of discomfort to even realize that we are a slaves.
