Digging deeper into Shahid Khan
He had a younger brother named Faran with the same mother. I think this may be the right person in the center of the top photo here:

Faran is supposed to be a businessman in Lahore where Shahid comes from. Also, it is said that his father Rafiq has a total of 13 children. So there are many people who are closely related to Shahid.
If, as I think, there is credible evidence that Hussein is not sitting next to Shahid, who graduated U Illinois in 1969, then we must be looking for a relative. Note that Stanley Ann Dunham monitored projects in a town north of Lahore for several years, and Hussein visited her there. Also, Lahore is in Punjab province. The Sikh people, who now live in Punjab, India, have connections with this city.
It is hard to find photos of Faran. However we could do general comparisons with people related to Shahid Khan to see if the guy on the sofa seems to share physical characteristics MORE with Khan relatives than with random other people from Lahore.
Also there is a photo of a younger Shahid Khan unshaven from his fraternity at University. That may be useful in trying to identify a state dept person that matches the guy on the sofa.
Other points.
Are we sure that Hussein is the on that sofa? Is it possible that Hussein has a cousin or other doppelganger and that person, maybe WITH a beard, worked in the state dept.
What if Q does not intend for us to ID the guy on the couch. What if he really wants to expose how many people from Pakistan were working in Hussein's admin, especially in sensitive national security roles in the state dept?
