Unexplained Ballot Drops Occurred in the Minnesota Governor’s Race – Illicit ‘Drop and Roll’ Gave Democrat the Win

On Tuesday in the 2022 Midterms, the “Drop and Roll” occurred in the Michigan Governor race just like it happened in the 2020 Presidential Election. We now have evidence that it also occurred in the governor’s race in Minnesota.

The crooks and criminals stealing US Elections are stealing the elections in multiple ways. One of the biggest ways in which the 2020 Election for President was stolen using the method we labeled “The Drop and Roll”.

In the Drop and Roll incidents in the 2020 Election, we identified that at around the point where 90% of the expected ballots were returned, a large batch of ballots was “dropped” with nearly every ballot for Joe Biden. These batches were as large as 330,000 ballots for Biden in Virginia at one time.

Then after that point, nearly all the batches of ballots recorded in the election were at the same ratio of Biden to Trump with Biden always receiving more ballots than President Trump. These results were not random and clearly not legitimate.

The drops were always in favor of the Democrat candidate.

On Tuesday night on Frank Speech an instance of the drop and roll was recorded in the Michigan governor race. We now have evidence that it also occurred in the Minnesota governor race.

In the Minnesota race for Governor, a large batch of ballots for Minnesota governor Tim Walz occurred that placed him in the lead, and then the votes after that point in time were nearly all the same proportion of Walz to Jensen. This drop gave Governor Walz the lead and the election.

What’s Going On? Los Angeles County Drops Criminal Charges Against Konnech Chief Eugene Yu the Day After Midterm Elections

Konnech CEO Eugene Yu was arrested in October in Michigan in connection with “theft of personal data.”

The alleged stolen data belonged to poll workers and was the subject of TrueTheVote’s “PIT” in Arizona last August, where Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips singled out the company.

During the PIT conference, Phillips and Engelbrecht alleged they were cooperating with the FBI in Michigan about data being sent overseas by this company. The investigation quickly started to turn on them after the FBI started to distance itself from the investigation.

Journalist “incognito” Kanekoa has covered this company and researched them better than anyone.

The theft of data only impacted the election workers, alleges Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon. The LADA seized hard drives and other digital evidence from the Michigan software firm with the assistance of Meridian Township Police in MI. The LADA is seeking Yu’s extradition to Los Angeles.

Following the CEO’s arrest Fairfax County in Virginia announced they have stopped using Konnech’s PollChief election officer management software.

Detroit also terminated its contract with Konnech following its founder’s arrest.

According to Jennifer Van Laar at RedState Chinese official with ‘superadministration’ privileges were given access to the Konnech system here in the US.

Now this…

On Wednesday the County of Los Angeles dropped the charges against Eugene Yu the day after the midterm election.

The New York Times reported:

Los Angeles County dropped criminal charges against the top executive of an elections technology company on Wednesday, bringing to an abrupt end an unusual case that became the focus of Americans who distrust the country’s electoral system.

The district attorney’s office said in a statement that it had dropped the case against the executive, Eugene Yu, because of concerns about the “pace of the investigation” and the “potential bias in the presentation” of evidence in the case. The office said the county had assembled a new team to “determine whether any criminal activity occurred.”

The prosecutors did not respond to questions about the decision.

“Mr. Yu is an innocent man,” Gary Lincenberg, Mr. Yu’s lawyer, said in a statement, adding that “conspiracy theorists” were using the arrest to “further their political agenda.”

Last month, Los Angeles prosecutors accused Mr. Yu, the chief executive of Konnech, a small election software company in Michigan, of storing data about poll workers on servers in China, a breach of the company’s contract with the county. The charges related only to poll worker data and had no impact on votes or election results.

Musk Bans Remote Work In First Email To Twitter Staff As The "Road Ahead Is Arduous"

Before Elon Musk changed his Twitter bio to "Chief Twit," Twitter established a permanent work-from-anywhere arrangement for employees. But with half the employees fired, in a move to reduce costs due to advertising revenue declines, Musk sent an email to all remaining employees to report to the office immediately.

On Wednesday evening, Musk sent out the first email to employees about "difficult times ahead" and the end of remote working unless he approved it, according to Bloomberg. The new rules were enacted immediately, requiring employees to be in the office for at least 40 hours per week.

Musk's leadership is in the second week. Last week, he fired half the workforce, or about 3,700 jobs, to drive down costs following his $44 billion acquisition. The billionaire has launched an $8 subscription for Twitter Blue and attached user verification to it to drive higher revenues. He told employees his goal is for subscriptions to make up at least half of Twitter's revenue.

The move to a subscription model comes as advertisers, including General Mills Inc., Pfizer Inc., Mondelez International Inc., and General Motors Co., have paused their advertising spending on the social media platform. Musk tweeted last Friday there has been a "massive drop in revenue."

On Wednesday, market research firm Insider Intelligence slashed its annual revenue outlook for the company by 40%.

"The road ahead is arduous and will require intense work to succeed," Musk told his employees. In another email, he added, "over the next few days, the absolute top priority is finding and suspending any verified bots/trolls/spam."

Musk announced earlier this year at Tesla Motors that working from home was not an option.

Musk's attempt to transition Twitter from an ad-powered business to a subscription-based model will have its challenges.

Biden Says Elon Musk's Relationship With Foreign Countries "Worthy Of Being Looked At"

The roadblocks just keep coming this year for Elon Musk. First, he's being expected to actually pay for a $44 billion acquisition he committed to and now, President Biden - with whom Musk has had a longstanding beef - is suggesting Musk may need to be investigated for his foreign ties.

In a press conference on Wednesday, Biden was asked whether or not Musk posed a security threat to the country because Saudi Arabia helped him buy Twitter.

Biden responded by saying that Musk's relationships overseas are "worthy of being looked at".

Oddly, it was nary a topic to be breached before Musk took over Twitter and loosened the censorship reins in a big way, largely benefiting conservative voices.

"Do you think Elon Musk is a threat to US national security and should the US, with the tools you have, investigate his joint acquisition of Twitter with foreign governments, which include the Saudis?" Biden was asked.

Biden replied: "Elon Musk's cooperation and/or technical relationships with other countries is worthy of being looked at."

He continued: "Whether or not he is doing anything inappropriate – I'm not suggesting that. I'm suggesting it's worth being looked at. That's all I'll say."

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia's Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, who rolled his stake in the company over through the buyout, is no stranger to Twitter. He has been an investor in the company for years - and has even appeared on CNBC to talk about his investment - with little to no scrutiny.

Prince Alwaleed and the Kingdom Holding Company are the second largest investor in the NewCo.

Earlier this month Democratic Senator Chris Murphy had commented in a letter: "Given Twitter's critical role in public communication, I am concerned by the potential influence of the Government of Saudi Arabia."

Musk also ruffled feathers recently when he commented publicly with…let's just say…less-than-mainstream-narrative takes on both the situation between China and Taiwan, as well as the war between Russia and Ukraine.

And as we all know, political takes that disagree with "fact checkers" must be vigorously investigated!

Maricopa County ‘Printer Issue’ Affected Roughly 17,000 Ballots

Election officials in Maricopa County released an update on the “printer issue” that caused multiple vote tabulators to malfunction on Election Day. One poll worker in the state’s largest county said that “nothing was working” and that voters should submit their ballots to be “counted downtown later tonight.” In total, the issue affected roughly 17,000 ballots, authorities said.

On Election Day, officials announced that about 20% of tabulators at county polling sites were malfunctioning. “We have two tabulators. One of the tabulators is not working, OK? The other tabulator is taking about 75 percent successful,” a poll worker told a lengthy line of voters early Tuesday morning. “So 25 percent of them are being misread, and it could be a printer issue, and it could be a tabulator itself.”

“So when it’s misread, you have an option to put it into what’s called box three, and it gets read. Whether it goes downtown and gets read manually, or whether re-fed into our tabulator, they get read, OK? the poll worker explained. “No, we don’t wanna adjudicate,” one voter could be heard saying.

“So no one is trying to deceive anybody the poll worker said, prompting groans from the crowd. “I don’t trust going in the box, they never make it down there,” one woman said. “I’ll come back.”

DR. GINA: The Uniparty NEEDS You To Believe There Was No Trump-Led Red Wave. It’s a Lie. And Here’s Why (And How) They’re Doing It…

Trump's endorsement success rate is over 90 percent this year. No one else can deliver such results, despite what the media wants you to fight each other over.

The cable news experts keep repeating their new mantra of division, claiming Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is now set up to take out President Trump for 2024. Consider where this information is coming from and what their motivations might be, before you buy into it in the slightest.

If Governor DeSantis does in fact wants to be president some day, he should be willing to express his gratitude to President Trump for getting him over the line in 2018. Instead, many DeSantis backers are echoing the sentiments of CNN this week. It’s an unnecessary distraction.

The Make America Great Again movement needs a long line of successors to Trump. DeSantis could absolutely be one if he can just be patient. But to try and crown him king of the GOP one day after several of his endorsed candidates lost (and where Trump won 219 out of 235 endorsements) doesn’t really work in America First’s favor.

In potential 2024 presidential polling, DeSantis polls at just 10 percent compared to Trump’s 70+ percent. In brief: that dude was born on third base and he thinks he hit himself a triple.

Nothing that happened this week makes DeSantis – who rightfully enjoyed a large victory in my home state, in large part due to the massive inward migration of MAGA Republicans, and in a slightly lesser part due to his laughably hopeless opponent Charlie Crist – the king of the America First movement.

As we begin to get some perspective after the risible “red trickle” falsehoods peddled over Tuesday night, people have begun to realize this midterm election went about as well as any of us had believed.

Trump’s 93% Endorsement Success Rate.

Not only did President Trump win 219 of his 235 endorsed races (that’s a 93 percent success rate at last count), but the Democrats just guaranteed themselves Joe Biden as their nominee for 2024.

In their zeal to create a “no red wave” narrative, they gave Beijing Joe credit for the disjointed, apoplectic, panicked messaging of abortion and the death of democracy. They have backed themselves into a Biden 2024 corner that is going to be long, arduous, and ultimately, defeated.

European Commission Proposes €18 Billion Aid Package for Ukraine, Hungary Resists

The €18 billion would be disbursed in loans meant to help cover Ukraine's budget deficit for 2023

The European Union’s European Commission on Wednesday proposed a massive aid package for Ukraine worth 18 billion euros ($18.06 billion) meant to help cover the country’s budget deficit for 2023.

The €18 billion would be disbursed through loans throughout 2023 and would average about €1.5 billion each month. The US is expected to put up a similar amount as Ukraine has passed a budget with a $38 billion deficit, and the IMF estimates the Ukrainian government will need between $3 billion and $4 billion each month to get by.

But the EU’s proposed aid is facing resistance from Hungary. “I have made it clear that Hungary is ready to support Ukraine, but we do not wish to contribute to any new loan to be taken up by the EU,” Hungarian Finance Minister Mihaly Varga said on Tuesday, according to Reuters.

To send the money to Ukraine, the EU’s 27 members would need to jointly borrow the funds, and Kyiv would have 35 years to pay it back. Gergely Gulyas, chief of staff for Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, said Hungary hasn’t agreed on the plan to jointly borrow the money.

European Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis said that he was working to alleviate Hungary’s concerns. “We will be discussing … what concerns Hungary has in relation to this proposal, and I hope we will come up with a solution,” he said.

Israel Attacks Convoy on Syria-Iraq Border; At Least 10 Killed

Early claims are Iranian nationals were among the slain

Truck convoys heading into Syria from Iraq are not uncommon: Iran sends fuel convoys to Lebanon and Syria a couple of times per month. On Tuesday night, one such convoy was hammered by Israeli airstrikes.

Details are emerging slowly, hindered by Israel’s policy of not talking about its attacks. Several vehicles were destroyed during the attack and at least 10 killed, with some reports putting the figure as high as 14.

Reports have some Iranian nationals among the slain in the convoy, which wouldn’t be out of the ordinary. Some are speculating that the convoy was smuggling weapons, since this is often the excuse, at least retroactively, for Israeli attacks.

Smuggling fuel into Syria has become big business in recent years. Syria’s self-sufficiency in oil has significantly declined both from war damage and the US occupying one of the major oilfields for a policy to “take the oil” that President Trump advocated.

Israeli attacks on fuel convoys aren’t necessarily common, but they do attack anything with even a hint of Iranian involvement. This seems to be a continuation of that policy of attacking Syria.

The attack took place in al-Qaim, the main border crossing area from Iraq to Syria. This is often the site of attacks, and has a substantial presence of Iraqi Shi’ite militias.

The Quiet Merger Between Online Platforms and the National Security State Continues

The Department of Homeland Security is helping to coordinate tech company censorship efforts according to recent reporting. The line between tech firms and the national security state is only getting blurrier.

The steady march of the post-2016 tech censorship campaign has been picking up pace lately, and we’ve just learned of another leap forward. According to recent major reporting from the Intercept, the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been involved in efforts aimed at corralling what it refers to as “MDM”: misinformation, disinformation, and “malinformation.”

Documents obtained and made publicly available by the news outlet show that the DHS’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has been formulating a strategy to combat MDM regarding US elections and other matters. While seemingly unobjectionable on the surface ― who could be against combating false information, which is rife online? ― it raises serious questions about the extent of government involvement in the already-troubling phenomenon of tech censorship.

The conversations detailed in the documents show the federal government, and the DHS specifically, taking a more active role in tech companies’ efforts to suppress MDM. We’ve had some indications this was happening for a while, as when DHS secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told Andrea Mitchell of MSNBC in August that the government was “working with the tech companies” on “strengthen[ing] the legitimate use of their very powerful platforms and prevent[ing] harm from occurring,” and that it was doing so “across the federal enterprise” ― comments that were only reported in right-wing media.

The documents give us details about what that work has entailed. In these discussions, the government did not directly carry out censorship. Rather, they involved government agencies: doing “debunking” and “pre-bunking”; directing the press, local and state governments, and other stakeholders to “trusted resources”; carrying out “rumor control”; boosting “trusted authoritative sources”; giving financial support to its external partners; and improving information literacy. Much of the focus is on elections, with participants talking about using these resources to prevent people being misled about how, where, and when to vote, and stressing that CISA should strictly be a “resource” that at most uses its “convening power.”

But it’s not just election misinformation that’s the focus. Among the recommendations made by CISA is to target MDM that “undermines critical functions carried out by other key democratic institutions.” What are these institutions? It lists as examples the courts and, absurdly, the financial system which — besides not actually being one of our “democratic institutions” — is a notable broadening of what “fighting misinformation” involves. And yet a representative of JP Morgan Chase attended the discussions, and several emails suggest CISA is facilitating collaboration between Google and Facebook and the department of treasury on “social media and influence matters,” as one puts it.

So far we don’t have indications of any forthcoming plans for carrying out censorship by government agencies themselves, but in practice, what’s already been put in place ― and what’s envisioned in the documents ― is, in effect, state censorship done indirectly. The measures tech companies have put in place over the past six years to censor ideas they deem harmful, which have been particularly damaging to the Left, have been largely the result of Congressional pressure on these firms to do something about online misinformation, “fake news,” bots, and the like.

Pentagon exploits post 9/11 laws to wage ‘secret wars’ worldwide: Report

By abusing ‘security cooperation authorities,' the US Department of Defense has waged war on dozens of fronts without the need to report to congressional authorities

A report released last week by the New York University School of Law’s Brennan Center for Justice details how the US Department of Defense (DoD) has been allowed to covertly deploy troops and wage secret wars over the past two decades in dozens of countries across the globe.

Among the nations in West Asia affected by these so-called ‘security cooperation authorities’ are Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, and Yemen; however, they also include many African and Latin American nations.

Known as ‘security cooperation authorities,’ they were passed by the US Congress in the years following the 11 September attacks, and are a continuation of the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF), a piece of legislation that has been stretched by four successive governments.

According to the report, the AUMF covers “a broad assortment of terrorist groups, the full list of which the executive branch long withheld from Congress and still withholds from the public.”

Following in this tradition, the ‘security cooperation authorities’ being abused by the Pentagon are Section 333 and Section 127e of Title 10 of the United States Code (USC).

Section 333 authorizes the US army to “train and equip foreign forces anywhere in the world,” while Section 127e authorizes the Pentagon to “provide support to foreign forces, paramilitaries, and private individuals who are in turn supporting US counterterrorism operations,” with a spending limit of $100,000,000 per fiscal year.

However, thanks to the vague definition of ‘support’ and ‘training’ in the text of these laws, both Section 333 and Section 127e programs have been abused to target “adversarial” groups under a strained interpretation of constitutional self-defense; they have also allowed the US army to develop and control proxy forces that fight on behalf of – and sometimes alongside – their own.

As a result of this, in dozens of countries, these programs have been used as a springboard for hostilities, with the Pentagon often declining to inform Congress or the US public about their secret operations under the reasoning that the incidents are “too minor to trigger statutory reporting requirements.”

“Researchers and reporters uncovered Section 127e programs not only in Afghanistan and Iraq, but also in Cameroon, Egypt, Kenya, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Somalia, Syria, Tunisia, and Yemen,” the report highlights.

Researchers also point out that defense authorities “have given little indication of how [they] interpret Section 333 and 127e.”

Even more concerning, and ignoring the damage caused by these ‘anti-terror’ laws, the US Congress recently expanded the Pentagon’s security cooperation authorities, particularly with Section 1202 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Section 1202 allows the US army to allow “irregular warfare operations” against “rogue states” like Iran or North Korea, or “near-peers,” like Russia and China.

The report comes at a time when the US army and its proxy militias are accused of illegally occupying vast regions of Syria and Yemen, looting oil from the war-torn countries, just over a year after their brutal occupation of Afghanistan ended. Moreover, a former US official on Tuesday revealed that anti-Iran militias are being armed in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region (IKR), where both the CIA and the Mossad are known to operate.

Globalists Rebrand Illegals as 'Climate Migrants' to Further Their Population Replacement Scheme

The WEF report and their “journalists” like Gaia Vince are part of a larger political campaign to build government and business support for flooding the United States and Europe with so-called “climate migrants.”

For years Globalists have been trying to use the weather to further their population replacement scheme. But, as the United States and European countries grow tired of welcoming illegal migrants who are often dangerous people with values and ambitions that oppose Western values and laws, Globalists are trying to rebrand them as “Climate Migrants” to gain them entry.

World Economic Forum (WEF)-tied journalist Gaia Vince, who brands herself as an environmental journalist, appeared on Sky News to convince audiences that millions of people must flee “climate change,” rising seas, mega-hurricanes, and so on.

Mass migration is not a negative consequence of the so-called “climate crisis” but a solution that needs to be seized and planned for, argues Vince, author of the recent book “Nomad Century: How to Survive the Climate Upheaval.” Large-scale people movements have the potential to address many societal problems, she falsely claims, and pave the way towards a fairer, safer, and more prosperous world.

World Economic Forum Climate Migration Scheme

At the beginning of 2022, The WEF warned that there would be 200 million “climate refugees” that needed to be brought into the west by 2050. They warned that it would be a “risk to global stability” if Americans and Europeans blocked their “organized transfer” of millions of illegals.

Last year, the World Bank estimated that “climate change” could prompt 216 million people to move within their countries by mid-century, including 86 million in sub-Saharan Africa alone.

The WEF released a “Global Risks Report 2022”, that demanded westerners open up their “homes, communities, and jobs” to climate illegals. Meanwhile, they failed to mention that these illegal economic migrants cut citizens’ career opportunities and wages while raising housing costs, states Breitbart.

The report admits the public opposition:

Disillusionment with globalization has fuelled nativist discourses and national interest policies in many destination countries in recent years, … Many governments, reflecting popular attitudes, have expressed concern about pressures on education and healthcare services, housing capacity and local employment; for others, integration concerns have been a priority.

[…]

For example, Chile and Peru have reframed their migration governance mechanisms, which complicates access for migrant and refugee populations [mostly from Haiti] to essential financial and healthcare services. Meanwhile, restrictive policies originally grounded in public health concerns have not been rolled back, as indicated by sustained declines in issued visas for the United Kingdom and the perpetuation of Title 42 expulsions at the US border.

Zelensky Says EU's €18 Billion Aid Is What "True Solidarity" Looks Like

What's not to like about a massive interest-free loan that won't have to be paid back for decades, or maybe never? Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky says it shows "true solidarity"…

"Grateful to the European Commission and President Ursula von der Leyen for announcing 18 billion-euro financial aid package for 2023," Zelensky announced on social media Wednesday. "This shows true solidarity of the EU."

The EU Commission President explained in a statement that the whopping €18 billion support package for 2023 is being mulled to prepare the ground for the reconstruction of Ukraine as it continues on the path toward EU membership, after it was granted candidate status on June 23 of this year.

Long-Term Organ Damage After COVID-19 Vaccines Emerging in Medical Literature

Progression of Glomerular Kidney Disease Reported with More Shots

Of all the great tension both doctors and patients have faced in the COVID-19 crisis is the lack of assurances on long-term safety of COVID-19 vaccines. Americans were told these genetic products were brought through testing at “warp speed.” While that may be wonderful for the Starship Enterprise, warp speed should not be viewed as favorable in drug or vaccine development.

Observation time in research is very important to evaluate the emergence of problems, particularly for the long-lasting mRNA vaccines and their biologic product, the coronavirus Spike protein. For a typical live-attenuated, killed, or antigen-based vaccine, the minimum period for safety observation in clinical development is 2 years. For genetic products which includes mRNA and adenoviral DNA, the minimum time is 5 years.

Now with mass indiscriminate population, we have roughly two thirds of adult populations who have received a novel vaccine and the progression of their baseline medical problems is specific aim of research going forward at many centers. Canney et al studied 1105 patients who had stable glomerular kidney disease in 2020 before mRNA, and then followed them after receiving one or more of the COVID-19 vaccines.[i]

Glomerular kidney disease can worsen to complete kidney failure and dialysis, so the consequences are significant if there is a problem with mRNA, Spike protein, and progression of disease. As shown in the table, for the double vaccinated, there was more than a two-fold increase in progression of kidney disease.

That means a loss of renal function which is usually permanent for the vaccinated. Using multivariable adjustment, this effect persisted. The inference is the worsening of kidney disease is attributable to the vaccine and none of the other traditional risk factors (high blood pressure etc). So if you or a loved one has kidney disease and was pressured into vaccination by a primary care physician or nephrologist, please share this Substack with them and suggest that they never again promote an experimental product without any long-term assurances on safety. Such a product should only be considered by the patient as one would in a research trial, purely on the basis of personal preference and willingness to be involved in a form of clinical investigation.

Pelosi extends remote voting through Christmas, citing ongoing 'public health emergency'

Rep. McCarthy has pledged to end remote voting if he becomes Speaker after the midterm elections.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday announced the extension of remote voting because of an ongoing "public health emergency."

In German, CHABAD expert Wolfgang Eggert speaks of the latest CHABAD efforts to launch WW3 (using a much quicker playbook than the CHABAD used to launch either WW1 or WW2):

WW3 is designed to slaughter a large number of Goyim "livestock" and bring the Moshiach Ben David (better known as the Antichrist) to rule over the Talmudic "new" world order.

Fiji's top cop and public prosecutor clash over decision to drop charges against opposition MP ahead of election

An extraordinary stoush has erupted between Fiji's police commissioner and director of public prosecutions (DPP), just weeks out from the country's national election.

Key points:

The DPP this week instructed police to drop charges against opposition MP Biman Prasad

The police commissioner accused the DPP of assessing the charges within "a political prism"

The DPP said he would not file court cases "just for the sake of it, or to please someone, or to send a message"

The dispute surrounds charges laid against high-profile opposition MP Biman Prasad, who was last month accused of "insulting the modesty" of another politician's wife.

Police alleged Professor Prasad, leader of the National Federation Party (NFP), forcefully hugged Ari Taniguchi and attempted to kiss her on the lips.

Ms Taniguchi is married to former NFP provisional candidate Hiroshi Taniguchi, who was expelled from the party in September after making statements the NFP disagreed with.

The DPP this week instructed police to drop the charges against Professor Prasad on the basis there was insufficient evidence.

In a press conference live-streamed on the government's Facebook page on Wednesday, Police Commissioner Sitiveni Qiliho lashed out at the DPP, Christopher Pryde, accusing him of assessing the charges within "a political prism".

"We are of the view that the DPP's decision deviated from the principle of assessing each case on its merits, devoid of personality, social status or politics," he said.

He said Ms Taniguchi "felt very disturbed with this pattern of intrusive behaviour".

The commissioner said the DPP's decision to throw out the charges would undermine the public's confidence in reporting matters of sexual impropriety.

Judge Orders Alex Jones to Pay Another $473 Million for ‘Lies About Sandy Hook School Shooting’

A Connecticut judge on Thursday ordered Infowars founder Alex Jones to pay an additional $473 million to Sandy Hook families, Reuters reported.

This is in addition to the $1 billion Alex Jones was ordered to pay.

Last month Sandy Hook families sought $2.75 trillion in damages – in addition to the $1 billion.

“Alex Jones perpetrates this attack for one reason: greed,” the families’ lawyers said in the filing Friday. “Alex Jones will never treat them like real people, because they are too valuable to him as targets. “

“I admitted I was wrong. I admitted it was a mistake. I admitted that I followed disinformation but not on purpose. I apologized to the families. And the jury understood that. What I did to those families was wrong. But I didn’t do it on purpose,” Alex Jones said.

Today, the Brazilian Defense Ministry tweeted that (Google Translate):

“The Armed Forces report did not exclude the possibility of fraud or inconsistency in electronic voting machines. Read in full:”

(Google Translated from the press release):

In order to avoid distortions in the content of the report sent yesterday (9.11) to the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), the Ministry of Defense clarifies that the accurate work of the team of military technicians in the inspection of the electronic voting system, although not mentioned, it also did not exclude the possibility of fraud or inconsistency in the electronic voting machines and in the 2022 electoral process. Furthermore, the report indicated important aspects that require clarification. Between them:

– there was a possible security risk in the generation of programs from the electronic voting machines due to the occurrence of computers accessing the TSE network during the compilation of the source code;

– the functionality tests of the polls (Integrity Test and Pilot Project with Biometrics), in the way they were carried out, were not sufficient to rule out the possibility of the influence of a possible malicious code capable of altering the functioning of the voting system; and

– there were restrictions on the technicians’ adequate access to the source code and software libraries developed by third parties, making it impossible to fully understand the execution of the code, which covers more than 17 million lines of programming.

As a result of these findings and other obstacles listed in the report, it is not possible to guarantee that the programs that were executed in the electronic voting machines are free from malicious insertions that alter their functioning.

Therefore, the Ministry of Defense urgently requested the TSE to carry out a technical investigation into what happened in the compilation of the source code and a thorough analysis of the codes that were actually executed in the electronic voting machines, creating, for these purposes, a specific commission of renowned technicians from society and technicians representing the inspection entities.

Finally, the Ministry of Defense reaffirms the permanent commitment of the Ministry and the Armed Forces to the Brazilian people, democracy, freedom, the defense of the homeland and the guarantee of Constitutional Powers, law and order.
