Sex offender dies from ‘shock and haemorrhaging’ after genitals cut off

A sex offender has met an agonising fate after he was found dead with his genitals sliced off. WARNING: Graphic content.

A sex offender bled to death after suffering gruesome injuries in an abandoned estate, an inquest heard. Reginald Alan Roach, 63, was found unconscious in an old Wales industrial area by a dog walker.

Roach was covered in blood as his genitals had been sliced off, which is thought to be his cause of death.

Police are not looking for anyone else in connection to the convicted sex offender’s death.

An inquest was today opened by Kate Sutherland, an acting senior coroner for north west Wales.

Mrs Sutherland gave Roach’s provisional cause of death as “shock and haemorrhaging due to incised wounds removing genitalia”, North Wales Live reported.

She adjourned the hearing to a later date as she was awaiting the results of further investigations.

Roach was due to appear in court about a week before his death but had failed to show.

The 63-year-old had faced a charge of failing to comply with notification requirements in relation to the sex offenders register at Caernarfon Police Station on September 13.

Maricopa County Election Judge Is Threatened by Supervisors After Speaking Out About Tabulation Errors – Ballots Counted Is Based on Check-Ins NOT Scanning and Reading Through Tabulator

A Maricopa County Election judge spoke out about what she witnessed at the polls on Tuesday with tabulators not working and inaccurate ballot reporting, and her supervisors threatened her with termination.

The Gateway Pundit reported on this serious issue in Maricopa County’s General Election on Tuesday. Due to the incompetence of Maricopa County and Katie Hobbs, tabulators were down, printers ran out of ink, and long, long lines kept voters waiting to cast their ballots.

Maricopa County recently admitted in a new statement that 70 out of 223 or over 30% of voting centers were impacted by this election day debacle after previously claiming that only about 20% were affected.

Voters were told to deposit their ballots into “box 3” or “door 3” to be tabulated at the Elections Department in downtown Phoneix later. The County claims that only 17,000 votes were affected and dropped in “box 3.”

Not only were voters disenfranchised by long wait times or tabulation errors, but many may not have voted at all, or their ballots were reported as “received and counted” without actually being counted.

Michelle Swinick spoke out on this issue, and she was threatened with termination from the polls.

As The Gateway Pundit reported on Tuesday, another poll worker was terminated, citing “disinformation” for telling voters they don’t know what will happen to the ballots and would wait for the machines to be back online before dropping a ballot in “box 3.”

Election judge Michele Swinick has come forward to report what she experienced in Maricopa County on Election Day. She worked Election Day as a judge at the Islamic Voting Center in Scottsdale, AZ. She reports that the center is heavily Republican, with “no party” designated voters as the second most populous demographic, followed by very few democrat voters, evidenced by the fact that she checked in very few of them on Election Day. She reports she spent the entire day checking in voters.

Swinick says that the tabulators all worked “perfectly” during the test the night before the election. The problem with scanning began immediately with the first ballots. Voters scanned their ballots between 4 and 12 times with very minimal success. Poll workers estimated about 1 in 10 ballots were being read for the first three hours of voting.

Voters were given options to either spoil their ballots and try again or drop them into a different section called “Door 3.” As per Swinick, their inspector had to empty the ballots from “Door 3” three times throughout the early afternoon because of the volume of ballots. Typically, ballots aren’t supposed to be removed from that box until polls close, but they made an exception because the box was jamming and became too full.

President Trump Files Lawsuit to Block Subpoena from January 6 Committee Prior to Monday’s Appearance

Former President Trump has filed a lawsuit to dismiss the subpoena issued by the House Jan. 6 Committee on Friday evening, which demands his appearance for a deposition on Monday, Politico reported.

It can be recalled the January 6 Committee last October unanimously voted to subpoena Trump.

The number one issue for Americans is crushing inflation caused by Joe Biden’s tax-and-spend policies.

“We have left no doubt—none—that Donald Trump led an effort to upend American democracy that directly resulted in the violence of Jan. 6,” Chair Bennie Thompson said.

“He is the one person at the center of the story of what happened on Jan. 6. So we want to hear from him.”

On Friday, Trump’s lawyer filed a lawsuit to block the subpoena in federal court in West Palm Beach Friday evening.

Trump’s legal team contends in the complaint that no president has been compelled to testify before Congress and that he retains immunity as a former president.

They believe the subpoena issued by the committee is “invalid” because it does not serve a legitimate legislative purpose, is too broad, and violates his First Amendment rights, ABC reported.

Trump’s attorney, David Warrington, said in a statement, “long-held precedent and practice maintain that separation of powers prohibits Congress from compelling a President to testify before it.”

“After the J6 Committee has undertaken the unprecedented act of demanding President Trump appear for a deposition on Monday, November 14th, he engaged with the Committee in a good faith effort to resolve these concerns consistent with Executive Branch prerogatives and separation of powers, but this partisan Committee insists on pursuing a political path, leaving President Trump with no choice but to involve the third branch, the judicial branch, in this dispute between the executive and legislative branches,” Warrington continued.

Former President Donald Trump is suing to block a subpoena the House Jan. 6 Committee issued seeking to force him to testify next week.

The lawsuit, filed in federal court in West Palm Beach Friday evening, argues that the subpoena intrudes on executive privilege still guaranteed to him by the Constitution even though he left office more than 21 months ago. The suit also challenges the committee’s authority on other grounds.

“Former President Trump turns to the courts to preserve his rights and Executive Branch independence consistently upheld by the courts and endorsed by the Department of Justice,” Trump’s lawyers wrote in the 41-page complaint.
