The issue about corporations taking over control of freshwater is more important than many realize. This is the number one resource that we all need every day, other than air to breathe.

Even the newer Mad Max film even brings up the point of a future where whoever controls the water has all the power.

Until desalinization tech is affordable and available at the home consumer level, I don't understand how your point about ocean water is relevant. Tip: You can't drink ocean water.
