Q told us they are traitors everywhere, and that includes within our own ranks in the GOP, specifically the GOP elite (GOPe). The GOPe are just as compromised as the Democrats and they also hate Donald Trump & MAGA.
Up until now, the GOPe have been going along and pretending to support Trump and MAGA. However, the GOPe are playing the long game and have been plotting a scheme to make Trump unelectable in 2024.
The GOPe didn't count on the massive MAGA loyalty to Trump and that's been their biggest hurdle. Moreover, Trump has no real skeletons in his closet… other than a few failed marriages and a few questionable business transactions, but that's it. In other words, Trump is not compromised and that makes it difficult to control him, let alone make him unelectable in 2024.
GOPe past & present like Mitch McConnel, Paul Ryan, Ronna McDaniel, John McCain, John Boehner, Mitt Romney, Nixon, Kissenger, Dick Cheney, Bush 41 and Bush 43, Rumsfeld, Gerald Ford, Karl Rove, Frank Luntz, Kevin McCarthy are / were all compromised and under control… “controlled opposition” as we say.
So how do the GOPe rig the system to make Trump unelectable in 2024?
Easy… manufacture another Pied Piper GOP candidate to challenge Trump for the 2024 GOP nomination. That candidate is Ron DeSantis.
During Trump's presidency, DeSantis, as a Congressman, was a staunch Trump ally.
In 2018, when DeSantis decided to run for Florida Governor, Trump saved DeSantis' political career with an endorsement and campaign legal help. DeSantis was even an original member of the Freedom Caucus. DeSantis became a strong GOP Governor, and was very well-liked & had national popularity. This is when the GOPe approached DeSantis and made their pitch…
The GOPe allowed DeSantis to fix Florida's election laws, clean up voter rolls, oppose COVID lockdowns, oppose vaccine mandates, and to do all the right things that made DeSantis a stronger and more difficult to beat candidate in 2022. This explains why DeSantis handedly beat Democrat Charlie Crist by 18 points in the Florida Governor's election last week.
This explains why GOP money man & strategist John Thomas has just announced a “Ron DeSantis for President Super PAC” with the sales pitch of "Ron vs Don"
Now do you see it? Now do you understand the timing of people like Paul Ryan making negative public statements about Trump? The media blitz will now be Trump vs. DeSantis. Why else would the New Post Post run the Trumpty Dumpty headline? The Trump vs DeSantis narrative is a GOPe strategy to weaken Trump and make him unelectable in 2024.
Hence, Ron DeSanctimonious – sanctimonious: hypocritically pious
This is why Trump moved up his 2024 Presidential bid announcement for November 15th. Trump has to get ahead of the “Ron DeSantis for President” momentum after the 2022 Midterm Elections.
Since 2016, Trump has been very deliberately but very timely exposing the corruption within the GOPe.
