Sister Lucy was made to vow never to tell the third secret by the Pope himself (I forget the name). Instead, she wrote the third secret down and sealed it in an envelope, to be opened and read upon her death. They never actually released the letter to the public. Instead, Pope benedict claimed to reveal the third secret, saying it foretold the attempted killing of John Paul II.

Horseshit. Whatever was in that letter was scary enough to the church (run by pedos) that they never wanted it to get out.
