FTX Donations to Democrats from Foreign Entities Like Ukraine Are in Violation of Executive Order 13848 Signed by President Trump and Biden

Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) donated tens of millions to the Democrats over the past few years. It’s questionable how legal this was since FTX is a Bahamas-based entity.

We reported this weekend how FTX has gone bankrupt and how it was one of the top donors to Democrats over the past few years. At least $40 million was donated to the Democrats from FTX.

This brings us to the next most important question. Was it legal for the Democrats to be receiving money from FTX since it’s housed in a foreign country?

FTX reportedly had multiple entities under its umbrella. It’s unknown why so many entities were needed. This makes the tracking of assets more challenging. Many people invested with the FTX crypto exchange and their investments or purchases of crypto maybe never occurred. Instead of buying a cryptocurrency of the individual’s desire, the money was used for other things. This is why it’s being referred to as a ponzi scheme.

If the money going to politicians was US based (i.e. from FTX US) was that even legal. See the list of companies below FTX below.

The reason the donations going to the Democrats were arguably illegal is that they conflict with Executive Order 13848. This EO was drafted under President Trump and resigned by Joe Biden.

Attorney Sidney Powell reportedly discussed this EO with the Jan 6 commission.

Right before taking a YUGE swig of Diet Dr. Pepper, Sidney Powell says President Trump was VERY interested in CISA’s findings and the terms of Executive Order 13848 (which relates to foreign interference in an election).

The original EO 13848 includes the following (emphasis added):

Although there has been no evidence of a foreign power altering the outcome or vote tabulation in any United States election, foreign powers have historically sought to exploit America’s free and open political system. In recent years, the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference, as illustrated in the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment. I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with this threat.

Accordingly, I hereby order:

Section 1. (a) Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election. The assessment shall identify, to the maximum extent ascertainable, the nature of any foreign interference and any methods employed to execute it, the persons involved, and the foreign government or governments that authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it. The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.

Biden resigned this EO. It is still in place.

Wouldn’t the Democrats taking donations from FTX whose principal business was located in the Bahamas and whose transactions were related to money the US sent to Ukraine be in violation of this EO?

Massive missile strikes reported across Ukraine

President Vladimir Zelensky says Russia launched 85 projectiles that damaged the country's energy system

Russia targeted Ukrainian energy infrastructure in a “massive” missile attack, the Ukrainian authorities said on Tuesday. The attack came less than a day after Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky set conditions for peace talks with Russia that Moscow called “unrealistic and inadequate.”

The Russian forces “launched 85 missile strikes at Ukraine,” Zelensky said in an emergency address on Tuesday evening. His office called the situation in the wake of the attack “critical,” adding that most strikes targeted facilities in the center and north of Ukraine.

The situation in Kiev is particularly hard, according to the deputy head of the presidential administration, Kirill Timoshenko. The Ukrainian energy providers had resorted to emergency power cuts to avoid energy system failures, he added.

According to the local authorities, half of Kiev residents and up to 80% of people living in the western Ukrainian city of Lviv were left without electricity in the wake of the strikes.

Up to nine Ukrainian regions were targeted in the attack, according to the authorities.

Ukraine’s neighbor Moldova was also affected by the strike. Disruptions at the Ukrainian power plants led to a power-line disconnection in Moldova, causing “massive power outages across the country,” the nation’s deputy prime minister Andrei Spinu said on Telegram.

At least one person died in the attack in Kiev as a missile shot down by the Ukrainian air defense systems fell on a residential building in the capital, local emergency services confirmed. The Ukrainian Air Force spokesman said that a total of 100 X-101 and X-555 cruise missiles were launched at Ukraine.

Zelensky warned that further attacks could follow and called on people to stay in shelters.

Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushenko called the missile attack the “most massive shelling of [Ukraine’s] energy system since the beginning of the war.” He also confirmed that both Ukraine and “some of our neighbors” were affected.

Moscow has so far not commented on the development.

FTX Balance Sheet Contained Investment Called “TRUMPLOSE”

FTX’s collapse is one of the biggest financial scandals in the 21st century.

As reported by the Gateway Pundit earlier, “tens of billions of dollars going to Ukraine were actually laundered back to the US to corrupt Democrats and elites using FTX cryptocurrency.”

Now the Financial Times has been able to obtain a balance sheet of FTX and its contents are absolutely dark.

The balance sheet revealed FTX had only “$900mn of assets it could easily sell, despite having $9bn of liabilities.”

One of the most shocking revelations is that the balance sheet listed a $7 million dollar asset called “TRUMPLOSE”.

CEO of Citadel Ken Griffin, has also taken a look at the FTX’s balance sheet and pointed out Sam Bankman-Fried’s “TRUMPLOSE” investment coupled with being the second largest Democrat donor was “ugly”

The Financial Times report called the TRUMPLOSE holding “obscure” and also noticed FTX had no bitcoin assets despite having Bitcoin liabilities of $1.4bn.

German army gets ‘SS’ uniforms

The defense ministry ordered troops to “cut off” the letters associated with the infamous Nazi organization

The German Defense Ministry was forced into damage-control mode last week after uniforms bearing the initials ‘SS’ were delivered to thousands of soldiers.

The controversial abbreviation merely stood for the uniform size, identified as ‘S-Short’ by the Bild tabloid, which branded the incident a “mega fail.” Despite the innocent meaning of the SS on the uniforms, the letters were still a no-go for the German Armed Forces, given the strong association with the infamous Nazi “Schutzstaffel” (Protection Squadron) unit.

A paramilitary wing of the Nazis, the SS grew into a major force responsible for state security surveillance and Nazi terror policies, including running concentration and extermination camps, where millions of people perished. It was declared a criminal organization at the post-war Nuremberg trials.

The soldiers who refused the uniforms were instructed to get rid of the letters themselves. According to Bild, Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht ordered the troops to either completely “cut off” the labels containing the letters, or just to cut out the part with the size designation.

Only “a few hundred soldiers” were affected by the incident, a spokesman for the German Armed Forces – the Bundeswehr – told Berliner Zeitung, adding that some manufacturers had failed to comply with the Bundeswehr requirement to use “S-Short” instead of “SS.”

The minister’s reaction was, however, met with criticism by some MPs, who said Lambrecht should focus on more pressing matters instead of chasing the shadows of the past.

“You have to ask yourself why such incidents only ever happen in the Bundeswehr,” a member of the German Bundestag’s Defense Committee said, calling on the defense minister not to “overdo it” and “finally get down to important tasks, like armaments and modernization.”

According to Bild, the controversial garments were part of a large procurement ordered by the defense ministry, which included 313,000 “combat clothing sets” as well as hundreds of thousands of helmets and sleeping bags, at a cost of € 2.3 billion ($2.41 billion).

The ministry told the The Times newspaper on Monday that it was aware the incident looks "very strange" to the public and that it is still in contact with the manufacturer to "investigate what happened."

Top Maricopa election official launched PAC in 2021 to stop Republican candidates who questioned 2020 election

Arizona's Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer created a political action committee in 2021 to defeat Republican candidates who questioned the integrity of the 2020 presidential election, the Post Millennial revealed.

In November 2021, Richer admitted ownership of the PAC and spoke with the Arizona Mirror about why he started Pro-Democracy Republicans of Arizona. He said he hoped the committee would help elect Republicans who support "peaceful transitions of power."

About the PAC

The PAC's website, which includes little information, states that it is "fighting to keep our democratic institutions alive" by supporting "pro-democracy Arizona Republicans."

The website says, "The Arizona election wasn't stolen. We Republicans simply had a presidential candidate who lost, while we had many other candidates who won."

"Candidates come and go," it continues. "But our democratic institutions are long-lasting, and peaceful transitions of power are a hallmark of the United States. We should not abandon this history in favor of conspiracy theorists and demagoguery."

According to Transparency USA, Richer's Arizona political action committee received $88,443 in total contributions. The PAC received its largest donation of $20,000 from Francis Najafi, founder and CEO of the investment firm Pivotal Group.

Richer's PAC had $69,761 in total expenditures, with $45,000 going to Defending Arizona Values, a campaign launched by Arizona Democrat Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick.

What are the details?

Richer was elected as Maricopa County recorder in 2020 and took office in January 2021.

Richer told the Arizona Mirror, "Obviously, there are some Republicans who have courageously stood up and acknowledged the truth, and there are others who haven't. We would be supporting the former."

"We know that there's a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow if you indulge some of these fantasies and some of these lies, and I think, quite frankly, that has motivated some of these speakers to be especially loud about it because they get rewarded in either Twitter followers or financial contributions from across the country," Richer added. "So, this is my effort to at least reward or incentivize people to do the right thing, the responsible thing."

The 2021 article about Richer in the Arizona Mirror noted that it is rare for an election official to get involved in campaigning for elections that they will also be responsible for overseeing.

Former Maricopa County Recorder Helen Purcell, a Republican who held the position for 28 years, told the Arizona Mirror in 2021 that Richer launching a PAC will likely lead people to question election results, "particularly if a race is close."

"People are too skeptical about our election process. So, stay above that fray so you don't have any questions," Purcell recommended.

Richer stated that he was not concerned and did not consider his involvement inappropriate.

Disgraced Detective Arrested for Kidnapping Young Black Girls and Forcing Them into Sex Slave Ring

The alleged child-trafficking cop "primarily chose young Black girls, ranging in age from 13 to 17 years old" for his sex slave ring.

Topeka, KS — On Monday, the Department of Justice announced myriad charges against former Kansas City Police Department detective Roger Golubski and three other men – Cecil Brooks, LeMark Roberson and Richard Robinson. The group of men is alleged to have been kidnapping young Black girls and holding them in involuntary sex servitude.

The disturbing crimes are alleged to have taken place from 1996 to 1998 at a location in Kansas City. The four men held multiple young women as sex slaves at several units within Delevan Apartments, according to the DoJ.

“One of those units was a ‘relaxed’ area, where young girls used alcohol and drugs with the defendants, and another was ‘working house,’ where some girls were compelled to perform sexual services for adult men who visited Delevan,” the indictment says.

According to the indictment, Brooks, Roberson, and Robinson “provided drugs to the girls in the ‘working house,’ who were addicts.” They also allegedly “beat and threatened to beat girls who did not agree to provide sexual services in exchange for shelter, drugs, or clothes.”

Golubski used his badge to provide cover for the human trafficking operation and eventually became involved in the operation. Once he fully submersed himself in the criminal operation, Golubski allegedly had an affinity for young Black girls, according to authorities.

“At Delevan, Defendant ROGER GOLUBSKI primarily chose young Black girls, ranging in age from 13 to 17 years old, to submit to sex and to provide sexual services to him,” the indictment says.

According to the DoJ:

Brooks, Roberson and Robinson are also charged in a substantive count with holding a young woman, identified as Person 1, in a condition of involuntary servitude; and Brooks, Roberson and Golubski are charged in a substantive count with holding another young woman, Person 2, in a condition of involuntary servitude.

According to the indictment, from 1996 through 1998, Brooks provided a location at Delevan Apartments in Kansas City, where young women were held and where Brooks, Roberson and Robinson used physical beatings, sexual assaults and threats to compel young women to provide sexual services to men. Then detective Golubski is alleged to have accepted money from Brooks; provided protection from law enforcement for the criminal activity, including sex trafficking; and forcibly raped the young woman identified as Person 2.

The first count of the indictment charges all four men with conspiring to hold young women, including Person 1 and Person 2, in a condition of involuntary servitude; the second count charges Brooks, Roberson, and Robinson with holding Person 1 in involuntary servitude and forcing her to provide sexual services to Roberson; and the third count charges Brooks, Roberson and Golubski with holding Person 2 in involuntary servitude and forcing her to provide sexual services to adult men, including Brooks, Roberson and Golubski.

Suggesting that Golubski has lived a life as a sex criminal is the fact that prior to this indictment, he was indicted in September for using his badge to carry out sexual assaults.

Golubski was previously charged, in a separate indictment with civil rights violations for allegedly acting under color of law to commit aggravated sexual assaults, according to the DoJ.

Fox News Hires Tulsi Gabbard

Fox News signed former Democratic Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard to a contributor contract, according to reports.

A spokesperson confirmed to The Hill that Gabbard would be signed on as a contributor after spending months joining several Fox News shows and guest hosting “Tucker Carlson Tonight.” Gabbard first hosted “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Aug. 12 and eviscerated the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago.

“The FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago earlier this week marked the beginning of a new and dangerous path for America,” Gabbard had said.

Gabbard then announced in October that she was leaving the Democratic Party, arguing it is an “elitist cabal of warmongers” promoting division and “anti-white wokeism.”

Andy Biggs To Challenge Kevin McCarthy For House GOP Leadership

Republican Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona will mount a challenge to Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy to become leader of the House Republicans and most likely Speaker of the House, Biggs announced on Monday.

“I think the country wants a different direction from the House of Representatives,” Biggs said in a Newsmax appearance Monday night. “It’s a new world, and, yes, I’m going to be nominated [Tuesday] for the position of Speaker of the House.”

The House Republican Conference will hold leadership elections on Tuesday to elect its leader, who will be the conference’s official nominee for Speaker of the House when elections to the position are held in the 118th Congress, beginning on Jan. 3, 2023. Republicans will likely win a majority in the House after the Nov. 8 midterm elections, which will enable them to elect the Speaker in a party-line vote.

Biggs’ challenge represents the Freedom Caucus’s rebuke of McCarthy, which could thwart his chances to be elected Leader. Biggs was previously chair of the Caucus, which currently has 43 members from among the GOP conference.

A few members of the House GOP have come out as total opponents of McCarthy, in that they will not support him regardless of whether other candidates run.

“There are definitely at least five people, actually a lot more than that, who would rather be waterboarded by Liz Cheney than vote for Kevin McCarthy for Speaker of the House,” said Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida on a radio show hosted by former White House advisor Steve Bannon.

The German general public is facing a massive surge in the price of food — a considerable contributor to the ongoing cost of living crisis — with government statistics released on Monday indicating that the overall price of groceries in the country has risen by nearly 40 per cent within the last 12 months.

With many in the country already treading financial water as a result of an extreme surge in energy prices, the increased costs could not come at a worse time for citizens, with officials in the country worrying that riots and civil unrest remains possible should people be unable to properly heat their homes.

According to data published by federal statistics agency Destatis, the overall price of food rose by 39.4 in September, compared to the same month last year.

In it, an Arizona polling clerk describes a situation that sounds like, at best, massive levels of incompetence.

At worst? It does sound like things were intentionally done in an incorrect fashion.

“At the end of the night, one of the poll workers started feeding more ballots into the tabulator,” the clerk described. “The troubleshooter stopped her immediately, but we didn’t know how many ballots had been fed into the machine, mixing read ballots with unread.

“The troubleshooter was visibly upset and was just going to send the ballots off.”

If there were just one example of irregularity while voters were trying to cast their ballots, The Western Journal might have dismissed it as pure happenstance.

Ukrainian Army Spotted Using Israeli-Made Armored Vehicles

The Ukrainian Army was spotted using several Israeli-made armored vehicles for the first time in the newly-liberated city of Kherson.

A Twitter account that tracks weapons and equipment supplied to Ukraine showed photos of the Gaia Amir Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles used in the invasion.

They were parked along residential buildings in an unspecified village in the Kherson region and are believed to have taken a large part in Ukraine’s retaking of the city.

While there is no information on how these vehicles appeared in the war-torn nation, Israel has made it clear that it would not supply military aid to Kyiv.

The Middle Eastern country only agreed to send humanitarian aid and early warning systems due to “operational restrictions.”

Meanwhile, a video released by a Russian Telegram channel showed a Gaia Amir MRAP vehicle targeted and destroyed by a Lancet suicide missile.

This fueled speculation that the unreported delivery of Israeli-made armored vehicles to Ukraine has been going on for a while.

The Gaia Amir MRAP is a multi-purpose 4×4 armored vehicle that carries up to 12 people.

It is based on a commercial Ford F550 chassis with independent suspension.

The vehicle has a rotary turret with a high-powered machine gun mounted on top.

The Gaia can transport personnel, evacuate wounded soldiers, deliver military supplies, and conduct reconnaissance missions.

Google has settled a privacy lawsuit with a coalition of 40 state attorneys general today. Google agreed to pay $391.5 million for misleading Location History settings the company was running from 2014-2020.

Google’s Location History settings have gotten it in trouble with several regulatory bodies. The action began after a 2018 Associated Press article pointed out that the “Location History” check box didn’t control all Google location history across your entire account and that many location tracking features lived under a second check box called “Web & App Activity.” Consumers might turn off the “Location History” check box thinking it stopped all Google location tracking, but it was actually only for a single Google Maps feature. Google lost a case in Australia over this setting in 2021 and recently settled a separate lawsuit with Arizona for $85 million. A few other states still have pending lawsuits.

Google redesigned its privacy settings several times since the AP article, and in a blog post on the settlement, Google said the ruling was “based on outdated product policies that we changed years ago.” As part of the settlement, Google promises to make more privacy settings changes in “the coming months,” saying the changes include:

Revamping user information hubs: To help explain how location data improves our services, we’re adding additional disclosures to our Activity controls and Data & Privacy pages. We’re also creating a single, comprehensive information hub that highlights key location settings to help people make informed choices about their data.

Simplified deletion of location data: We’ll provide a new control that allows users to easily turn off their Location History and Web & App Activity settings and delete their past data in one simple flow. We’ll also continue deleting Location History data for users who have not recently contributed new Location History data to their account.

Updated account set-up: We’ll give users setting up new accounts a more detailed explanation of what Web & App Activity is, what information it includes, and how it helps their Google experience.

Ellen Rosenblum, the Oregon attorney general, recapped the lawsuit, saying, “For years, Google prioritized profit over the privacy of people who use Google products and services. Consumers thought they had turned ‘off’ their location tracking features on Google, but the company continued to secretly record their movements and use that information for advertisers.”

Google’s business model is almost entirely made up of tracking people and using that data to show them relevant ads across the Internet. The company’s last yearly report showed $282 billion in revenue, so for “years” of privacy violations, that $392 million settlement works out to about 12 hours of revenue.

ADL chief blasts Dave Chappelle monologue as ‘normalizing’ antisemitism

Jonathan Greenblatt says comedian’s SNL bit on Jews in Hollywood ‘diminishes, popularizes’ Jew-hatred, but most Jewish leaders refrain from weighing in on controversy

The head of the Anti-Defamation League on Sunday blasted comedian Dave Chappelle for a monologue about Jews, saying the bit “popularizes” antisemitism, though most Jewish leaders avoided weighing in on the matter.

Chappelle opened “Saturday Night Live” with a lengthy monologue commenting on the antisemitism controversies surrounding Kanye West and NBA star Kyrie Irving.

The comedian mocked the handling of antisemitism in the entertainment industry, saying it’s “not a crazy thing to think” Jews control Hollywood and implied that Jews blamed Black Americans for their trauma.

“We shouldn’t expect [Dave Chappelle] to serve as society’s moral compass, but disturbing to see [SNL] not just normalize but popularize antisemitism,” said ADL chief Jonathan Greenblatt.

“Why are Jewish sensitivities denied or diminished at almost every turn? Why does our trauma trigger applause?” Greenblatt wrote.

The ADL’s director of community engagement, Carly Pildis, said Chappelle “wants to joke about antisemitism but he isn’t living with the consequences.”

“Chappelle could have made a really powerful moment standing up against hate while making us laugh. He has the talent to make that choice. Instead, he chose to make Jews and the hatred we face the punchline,” she said.
