These times have the force of the One who put all things in motion. Fear and anxiety are understandable but commit yourself to His will and with a full heart aligned to His purpose no power on this Earth can stand against you.
And yet Christ defeated death by not withstanding the authorities who unjustly condemned and murdered Him. Violence is not the answer to this present darkness.
True. His violence was directed then as now to the very people who usurped the true authority for the sake of mammon. When his time came he surrendered his life to them for the sake of all. I worry many think this ends in worldly justice. The powers of this realm are hopelessly corrupt. This ends with a true surrender to the only authority to which (whether we serve or believe) all are beholden. Focus less on temporal outcomes and more on being who He made you to be. That is victory.
Have yiou heard is Saint Leo who spoke with Atilla the Hun armed only with his faith who staved off the sack of Rome and slaughter of innocents. Faith and love are EVERYTHING.
I myself am guilty of this but reliance on worldly power (as they do) comes solely from a fundamental and profound ignorance of this realm, the Father and the law of love. Death is absolute in every generation. They may stand triumphant for a season. The real victory already happened and it had no basis in worldly power.
I would never persecute someon in the basis of ethnicity. I would, however, prosecute a criminal.
Ummm.. disproportionately involved in much of what is presently causing atrocities so, no, I do not believe this is happenstance.
Yeah. Incidental, not by any means suggestive of conspiracy or collective intent,
I am ethnically of Judean descent so, to be clear, I have no hatred of anyone on the basis of that over which they have no control. But, I am not blind.
By no means. Merely coincidence. Nothing more.
However the old saying in the intelligence community: first time happenstance, second time coincidence, third time enemy action.
