What is Q Clearance?

What hint does that explicitly refer to?

DOE?

Who would have the goods on U1?

Does stating 'Q' refer that person works in DOE?

No.

Does it refer that someone dropping such information has the highest level of security within all departments?

Why is this relevant?

(May 2010) BO "Russia should be viewed as a friendly partner under Section 123 the Atomic Energy Act of 1954" after agreeing to a new nuclear weapons reduction deal and helping US w/ Iran.

Who is the enemy?

What is being continually stated by all D's?

Russia is what?

What did the Russia reset really provide?

Clearance/pathway to complete the U1 deal?

Why is the Canadian PM so important?

They never thought they were going to lose.

The calm before the storm.

What is Q Clearance?

United States Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance that is roughly comparable to a United States Department of Defense Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Access (TS-SCI). It is the most permissive clearance granted by the United States Government, acting as the sole means of access to the vast compartmentalizations Top Secret and Secret Restricted Data, and DOE "security" areas.

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — North Korea launched a short-range ballistic missile toward its eastern waters on Thursday, South Korea’s military said, hours after the North threatened to launch “fiercer” military responses to the U.S. bolstering its security commitment to its allies South Korea and Japan.

South Korea’s military detected the launch from the North’s eastern coastal Wonsan area at 10:48 a.m., the South’s Joint Chiefs of Staff said in a statement. It said South Korea has boosted its surveillance of North Korea while maintaining a military readiness amid a close coordination with the United States.

It was North Korea’s first ballistic missile firing in eight days and the latest in its barrage of tests in recent months. North Korea previously said some of the tests were simulations of nuclear attacks on South Korean and U.S. targets. Many experts say North Korea would eventually want to enhance its nuclear capability to wrest bigger concessions from its rivals.

Earlier Thursday, North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hue warned that a recent U.S.-South Korea-Japan summit accord on the North would leave tensions on the Korean Peninsula “more unpredictable.”

Choe’s statement was North Korea’s first official response to President Joe Biden’s trilateral summit with his South Korean and Japanese counterparts on the sidelines of a regional gathering in Cambodia on Sunday. In their joint statement, the three leaders strongly condemned North Korea’s recent missile tests and agreed to work together to strengthen deterrence, while Biden reaffirmed the U.S. commitment to defend South Korea and Japan with a full range of capabilities, including its nuclear arms.

Republicans projected to win narrow majority in House of Representatives: AP

The Associated Press on Wednesday evening projected the Republican Party to win a narrow majority in the House of Representatives, more than a week after the Nov. 8 2022 midterms electoral contest.

As of press time, the AP projected the GOP to take 218 seats, the bare minimum for a majority in the lower chamber, with several races still uncalled. The party is leading in a handful of those contests.

The outlet called California's 27th district for Republican Rep. Mike Garcia shortly after 6:00 p.m. EST, clinching control of the House for the GOP. Garcia led Democrat Christy Smith with 54.2% of the vote to 45.8% with an estimated 73% reporting.

That call all but ensures that current House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy will become Speaker of the House after GOP lawmakers nominated him for the post on Tuesday.

Republicans were widely expected to take the House and odds favored the GOP to win the Senate as well, though Democrats largely outperformed polling expectations, which led to tight races and a delay in making final calls.

Democrats ultimately triumphed in the Senate, winning several key races and sending the Georgia senatorial contest to a runoff. They have, however, already secured 50 seats, ensuring their control of the upper chamber given Vice President Kamal Harris's tie-breaking vote.

The AP made several race calls in Arizona and California this week as well as calling New York's 22nd congressional district for Republican Brandon Williams. Arizona Republicans David Schweikert and Juan Ciscolani were also projected to win their races.

At least three GOP-leaning races remain uncalled, including those of California Republicans Kevin Kiley and Rep. David Valadao. Conservative firebrand Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., remains locked in a tight race against a Democratic challenger. Though she currently leads by roughly 1,000 votes, the race will likely head to a recount.
