Declaration of Restoration

The unanimous Declaration of the fifty united States of America:

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political structures which have governed the Citizenry at length contrary to the will of the Electorate, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the dissolution.

We continue to uphold these truths as self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to restore it and to institute renewed Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by altering the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism and Tyranny, it is their right, it is their duty, to rescind and restore such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Such has been the patient sufferance of these united States of America; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to restore their former Systems of Government to their original course as acknowledgement to those in Government Office who have repeatedly shown distain for the Oath of Office, confirmed before God; which bears the Commitment to Protect and Defend the Constitution of these united States of America wherein formalizes the basis of our Laws of Governance. This Constitution was ratified by the original Thirteen Colonies and formally adopted by the First Continental Congress held in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Nine. The history of the present Federal, State and Lesser Governmental Bodies and Agencies is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations and disregard for our Founding Principles, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over the Citizenry. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world:

Efforts have grown increasingly acute across decades, all tiers of our Government inclusive, to abrogate Foundational Principles established by the Constitution through the passage of arbitrary laws by Legislators and in the selection of Judicial and Executive Appointments of similar arbitrary opinion which stand in direct contradiction to the Constitution.

Public Servants undermine National Sovereignty and Security through the personal acquisition of Foreign Residency.

The reduction to near meaninglessness the afore agree Laws We, the People embrace to limit the importation of Foreign Nationals which share not our Ideals and Principles.

The allowance of Foreign Nationals, who hold no Legal Standing of Citizenship, to actively participate in the elections of Government Representatives.

Abdication of designated Election authority We, the People ordained to Political Parties, Non-Governmental Organizations and Foreign Business Entities to the detriment of the Electorate's Trust.

Executive and Legislative abdication of designated Health authority We, the People ordained to Private Organizations, International Entities or Foreign Nations whose motivations directly contrast our continued resolve for the wholesale betterment of our Society.

Legislative abdication of designated Monetary authority We, the People ordained to a Private Organization coercing National bankruptcy.

Legislative abdication of designated Lawmaking authority We, the People ordained to the Judiciary which intentionally frustrates recourse by We, the People.

Legislative abdication of designated Oversight authority We, the People ordained to the Executive and Judiciary ultimately decreasing the transparency required to achieve an Educated Electorate.

Wholesale abandonment of frugal Financial Management Policies ultimately to the detriment of Citizenry through punitive Taxation policies.

Suppression of Speech and Personal Freedoms utilizing Foreign Ideologies and Psychological Methodologies to debase the Electorate through the alteration of Laws We, the People embrace to safeguard National Communications.

Suppression of the Right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness under the auspices of Pandemic Emergency.

Suppression of Religious Freedom under the auspices of Pandemic Emergency.

Suppression of the Citizen's Right of Protest under the auspices of Pandemic Emergency.

Suppression of the Citizen's Right to be Secure in their Persons and Property under the auspices of Pandemic Emergency and alternatively, under the color of Greater Civic Need including National Security.

The allowance of wholesale Political manipulation throughout National Media supported by the lack of Legislative action pertaining to Slander and Libel reducing equitable treatment of all Citizens and, ultimately, the erasure of the Right to the Presumption of Innocence.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury and public slander. A Government, who has been entrusted with the sacred honor of being Of The People, By The People and For the People, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be Leaders of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our American Bretheren who share not our Passion and to all other Citizens of the World. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their own Governments and World Governmental Bodies to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over them. We have constantly reminded them of the circumstances provoking the foundation of the united States of America. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common humanity to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably lead to the elimination of freedoms for all mankind as Granted us by Our Creator. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of our common brotherhood. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Civic Restoration, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Citizens of the united States of America, as evidenced to our General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these united States of America, solemnly publish and declare, That these united States of America are, and of Right ought to be under the Leadership of a Free and Independent Citizenry; that all political connection between them and the current holders of Public Office of all Federal, State and Lesser Governmental Bodies and Agencies, is and ought to be totally eliminated and subsequently restored under the original framework of our Supreme Law as dictated by the Constitution of the united States of America as ratified in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Nine; and that as Free and Independent Citizens, they have full Power, through newly elected representatives to the restored Governmental Framework, to establish or eliminate Governmental Bodies and Agencies, retain or create Political Boundaries of the Nation and for each of the several States, levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent Citizens through a Representative Republic may of right do. And for the support of this Restoration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
