>Anon was shocked when anon researched.
>There are currently more than 30,000 accelerators in operation around the world according to this site:
All i can say for sure is that the "science" exposed to the public is a castle made of sand, its foundations predicated on presumptions and bad science which everyone blithely accepted at some point 35-40 years ago as it was catapulted forward by charismatic, likely-CIA planted "science" figures whose names we all know; Kaku, Nye, Hawking, etc. And one man told us how to recognize it for what it is, Feynman.
"In general, we look for a new law by the following process: First we guess it; then we compute the consequences of the guess to see what would be implied if this law that we guessed is right; then we compare the result of the computation to nature, with experiment or experience, compare it directly with observation, to see if it works. If it disagrees with experiment, it is wrong. In that simple statement is the key to science. It does not make any difference how beautiful your guess is, it does not make any difference how smart you are, who made the guess, or what his name is — if it disagrees with experiment, it is wrong."
Today's science was wrong a long time ago and everyone simply got together and decided that was OK, and they'd keep moving forward together whilst being wrong and see where it got them.
So what are these accelerators really for?
