I got the same message when I tried to post the decode of RemoveRestrictions.bat batch file that was found on a voting machine in 2020. CodeMonkey glossed over it at Mike Lindell's Symposium but I freezed the script and decoded it. Without a doubt the #1 proof of election fraud for two reasons.

It proves tampering with the computer's security which is illegal

Because it is a script, it proves that it was used many times over. Who writes a batch file to move or delete a file? No one, you only do write a script so that it can be executed hundred's of times over from a thumb drive.
