Penske trucks going into Maricopa’s Tab center w ballots, are making detours at Runbeck Printing Co. This company makes & scans ballots - owned by Brian Runbeck, who’s a huge Dem campaign supporter.
In Arizona they hand all the ballots over to a private company to be scanned, then handed back to the election workers. While with the company, Runbeck, they are un-monitored by independent observers.
