Long said the voters received the faulty ballots due to a malfunctioning piece of equipment at an Arizona facility owned by runbeck Election Services, an external ballot printing service retained by Adams County.
The incorrect ballots listed the right statewide and country-wide candidates and questions, but incorrect congressional district or state legislative candidates, municipality, school district or other special district questions, according Long.
Long said runbeck is also responsible for the 243 voters who received duplicate ballots,an error discovered last Thursday

Hi Chad, how does your business help the community?
The technology we have developed is intended to give people hope and to assist individuals suffering.
During the last four years, we have been witness to numerous incredible healing stories. Individuals with debilitating circumstances and health issues have made full recovery to the surprise of medical experts.
Our desire is to share the technology with the world to allow others to construct identical chambers to help those in need.
As such, we chartered a non-profit organization for that purpose and we are doing our best to make the technology available for the benefit of all.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My situation is a bit challenging for most people to believe and accept as possible and draws many strange looks when I explain that the idea and constructiondetails of the Ascension Chamber came from an off world intelligence which began communication with me during meditation.
Yeah it’s that strange,
While I was confident I was not crazy, I felt very unqualified for the job of constructing a chamber involving such an array of technologies ranging from light and sound to Tesla coils and plasma energy.
I trusted in the process and while it hasn’t been easy, somehow the intelligence of the universe brought together our motley crew and the chamber was created.
Of course, I was blessed to have experienced miraculous encounters along the way with angelic entities keeping my faith strong in my pursuit to help others through the creation of the chamber.
I have learned to be patient throughout the process which has been quite painful at times.
I want the world to know that there is hope for any circumstance and that the chamber and all of its magic exists. I want people to know that we are a sincere group of individuals wishing to share the technology with others absent greed and nonsense. We are not attempting to profit from our efforts. That is what makes the chamber so very special.
Mike Cosgrove has been assisting with the project since its inception and has helped with all phases of construction. As an electrician, he has worked to provide expertise in designing, creating and repairing all of the technology featured within the chamber.
Mark Certo is our sound engineer and brings decades of expertise to the table. Mark served as the sound engineer for The Monroe Institute and is quite likely the world”s foremost expert in utilizing sound technology to alter brainwaves and induce altered states of consciousness.
In addition, our organization is served by many other exceptional human beings dedicated to serving others.
Big shout out to Lauren Wykoff, Satyam Patel, Mary Reker, Ron Depew, Steve and Deryn Winchester, Tonia Swanson and Caleb Lee without whom this organization would not exist.

The Ascension Chamber is an experience combining science and spirituality. Very much like a miniature version of the Integratron, The Ascension Chamber’s purpose is rejuvenation of the human body while providing a deeply relaxing meditation experience.
The chamber is a 15-foot wide geodesic dome that sits atop a 12-sided granite stage. In addition, the chamber itself is set inside of a pyramid structure made of Douglas fir to amplify the energy.
The dome, itself, is constructed with alternating materials akin to an orgone accumulator discovered by WilhelmReichduring his research. I have attempted to study Reich’s work and have attended James Demeo’s weekend educational seminar at his facility in Oregon to further understand Reich’s work and his unique discoveries.
Literally, hundreds of elements are attached to the Ascension Chamber’s geodesic node points ranging from platonic solids, herbs, essential oils, and noble metals (including gold, silver, platinum, titanium, copper), as well as precious gems, flower seeds, wood samples including oak, cherry, redwood, Douglas fir, and others.
These elements combined with the granite floor, geodesic dome, pyramid and energy equipment, result in a powerful vortex of energy feeding the body essential frequencies and has seemingly restored the health of many users.
The music was created exclusively for the chamber byMark Certo, the former sound engineer for The Monroe Institute (TMI). Mark Certo was TMI’s sound engineer for thirteen years and worked directly with Bob Monroe developing the Hemi Sync programs still used at TMI in their programs today.
Scientifically, the chamber is a system that combines the research, writings and inventions of incredible minds from this and prior generations.
The Ascension Chamber incorporates the work and discoveries of Nikola Tesla, WilhelmReich, Georges Lakhovsky, Robert Monroe, Dinshah Ghadiali, Mark Certo, and Patrick Flanagan, as well as the writings of Robert Becker and Leonard Horowitz and other great minds, to create a unique energy spiritual healing system unlike anything else.
