Not hard to do when from when you're in your 20's and scrawny. All you have to do is get /fit/.

 

And he was born in 1960 - according to his wikipedia page. That makes him 58, currently.

 

Wikipedia's photo is probably from ~2009, which is almost 10 years old now.
