idea for PAYPAL anons to so what lawfag did

tried to cancel for woke BS and got stop loss defensive measures

would NOT cancel account various BS reasons (ie they linked anons paypal tor another service app w/o my knowledge and then demanded i authenticate it)

i collected noice customer service chat lot

copied that to a small claims suit in my local county based on common state statute "consumer protection act"

ours allows fixed damages of min $1000 which lawfag is sure to collect

ok so search your state consumer protection act

long list of fukery but shud be general violations

like deceptive unfair etc etc

copy those

go to state small claims help website

read and follow instructions carefully

search for "registered agent for paypal inc" in your state

it will prolly be CT corp systems they are authorized to receive all process

some court will serve claim by resitered mail - if not contact sheriff civil division where agent is located

dont worry u get these costs bak from paypal they cant defend local claim w/o hiring attorney

allege you are customer of paypal which refuses to close acct or whatever fukery they pull

file and serve

wait twenty days they will prolly reach out to settle

if not clerk will let u know if they default or appear

either way keep going this is the battle u can fight anons
