To see all of the post the someone has made, just click on the ID in the header section of the post. The number next to the ID states how many posts they've made.
(No need to chronicle and index all of your own posts in every post you make.)

My Grandma was a tobacco farmer and was in the sun daily her entire life. She was of dutch origin but was darker than a lot of "brown" people I've seen. She never got skin cancer, but died of cancer of the pancreas because her doctor was too lazy to keep up with checks even after they found abnormalities. Doctor's kill more people than any other diseases combined.
