anon, this is my $0.02:

My working assumption is that he considered it impossible, given the absolute corruption in DC, to completely stop the vaccines. Nobody would have allowed him to do that. They probably would have intentionally killed off a million people and blamed it on Covid and Trump.

So, what he did, was shame them into getting it done asap. If they failed, he could blame them of being unprepared.

RNA is fragile, unlike DNA. That is why there was such a push to get specialized refrigeration units out into the supply chain. I haven't heard much about the RNA shelf life in awhile, leading me to conclude that they don't monitor it. That is, they don't care if they are injecting expired/ineffective vaccines, where the RNA has broken down. A percentage of the vaccines are likely viable, but most are likely garbage. This serves them too - I believe the RNA is so deadly, the sheer number of dead would be hard to explain away. So, they are content with a good number of dead and a precedent set, so they can roll out another pandemic.

Trump, in the meantime, has helped save millions (those that would have been murdered to implement the vaccine) while continuing to expose the corruption.
