Can anyone read this handwriting?

Deputy Prime Minister of Canada allegedly asked CSIS to designate trucker groups as terrorists herself, despite her claim that it's outside of her role as DPM OR FM. The note was allegedly written for director David Vigneault of Canadas CSIS (Canadian Security Intelligence Service).
