In March she helped curate the lineup for Demna Gvsalia's fall/winter 16 Balenciaga show. "The casting director was a friend of a friend and he needed help," she explains. "I suggested a few people for them and they ended up taking all of my suggestions! So I thought, 'Ok, I must be good at this.'"

The process sounds as studiedly casual as one of Gvasalia’s Vetements sweatsuits. “It was right around the time that I decided that I was going to try modeling, and I think I let her know that or something,” she recalls. Chandler responded: “‘Send me some pictures. I want to put you up for something.’” Moseley insists, “I had no expectation of it working out.”

Rachel Chandler, one of the primary faces of Pizzagate, does the casting for Balenciaga. I’m not kidding. She has also worked with Balenciagas creative director Demna.

By the way, Kamala Harris’ stepdaughter Ella has modeled for Belanciaga. She also attended the same party Rachel Chandler did. The article linked further below say Rachel Chandler it as “sharing space” with Huma Abadenin…remember her? Anthony wiener? The Laura silsby emails abedin sent to Hillary while she was still in the state department?

Ella also signed a modeling contract with IMG models. IMG had had six different models come out to expose Jean pic Brunel and Epstein’s abuse of them

Speaking of balencia products tht aren’t what they seem, or “serve a dual purpose” (BDSM bears), the creative director of Balenciaga and friend of Rachel, Demna, seems to exhibit repeated behavior in this way. His other company, Vedements, came under fire for selling jewelry that sneakily served also as a “cocaine spoon”

Rachel has high enough belanciaga connections that she was able to hook a friend up with a Balenciaga modeling job despite the fact she had never modeled before

Also, at the bottom of the Balenciaga is a link to the World Food Programme. Hunter biden is on the board, and it’s a United Nations entity (see: scandals/sex crimes under guise of humanitarian aid). Hunter has also been to comet ping pong

Happy hunting

“It became quite apparent that this is now bleeding into all levels of the industry, in terms of brands — even if you have stockholders, even if you are mainstream,” Ms. Chandler said. “The agency is there so if larger brands want to usurp this aesthetic, we can make sure that these kids are treated fairly.”

They now represent a roster of nonprofessionals, mostly part-time models whose look is more street corner than billboard — though, with one of Midland’s first big commercial projects, a campaign for Helmut Lang, they are now pasted all over New York City.

“We were asked to cast people for the campaign, and we presented a deck of people both from within the agency and also other people,” Ms. Chandler said. “They ended up shooting almost all Midland kids. That felt like a pretty good indicator that we were doing something right.”

Of course, when cool becomes profitable, it also becomes a commodity. And one indication that the individualized approach is working is that companies are now mushrooming up to offer it. This fall, Rachel Chandler and Walter Pearce, who have done casting for fashion shows and magazine shoots, joined forces to create a new agency, Midland, to bring to a wider (and more moneyed) range of clients the kind of street-cast kids they had been putting into shows for New York indie labels like Eckhaus Latta and Hood by Air.

Mr. Gvasalia had been an unexpected choice for Balenciaga, a sainted name in Paris fashion, when he was appointed, to shock and clamor late in 2015, five months before. He was the reigning head of Vetements, a largely anonymous designer collective whose productions grew in rumor and regard until their after-hours, off-the-schedule presentations (9 p.m. at the sex club!) conferred bragging rights on those who ventured off the grid to find them.

Weirdest Putin quote in a while: "Kiev is actively stirring up anti-Russian sentiment. That's all they have. And it works. If they want to eat babies for breakfast tomorrow, they'll probably give them babies. They'll say they just want to eat! But that's very short-sighted."
