I personally know people who have gotten bad information from what they believe are reputable sources like the New England Journal of Medicine. Put yourself in their shoes a moment, who do you believe? Docs writing articles for The Journal, or someone who read some things on the internet?
These people were intentionally deceived through a constant bombarding of [their] propaganda. To point blame at the people who were deceived is disingenuous. The blame falls solely on the deceivers, and they must be made accountable.
