there is probablyh some kind of experimental design published that would tell us the fairly exact statistics, i.e. if 95% of the adverse reactions are from 5% of the batches, and if there are time dependent predictable die off dates then it points to a live exercise live trial. they want the data so it is perhaps not so random.
