yes. understood. but doesn't one expect dying when entering combat, at whatever hands may deliver- accident, equipment/vehicle malfunction, enemy, friendly fire, civilian spies/operators/saboteurs? Why would being executed matter? In other words, when you are in the kill or be killed business, you have an expectation or at least acceptance of death by any means.

 

Rules of war are dumb. Let's kill each other, destroy our people, land, water, resources, antiquities, psyches of the population, genome, weather, etc…, but only according to the 'rules'.

 

They are using weather, bio, AI, and nano weapons, yet somehow there are 'rules'.

 

The whole show is fugazi.

 

Don't get captured. Do not surrender. If you do, expect the worst. There is no enforcement of any perceived rules or violations.
