Good Leads on Obama's BF

We're running around in circles here, anons.

The State Department is one of the largest departments in the federal government, and it contains a number of bureaus/whatever that don't seem like they belong. For instance, there's the "Office of Medical Services" and the "Arms Control, Verification and Compliance". Pic related is the org chart.

The clues that we've been given are these:

>Hussein admin

>Search foreign posts (State).

>No facial hair

Clues we can possibly infer:

>no FBI sec clearance (appropriate for position?)

>Pakistani

I found a couple of excellent references for looking up Federal employees. It turns out that there is a book that lists all of the government positions filled by political appointment called the PLUM book. It's published after each Presidential election:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Government_Policy_and_Supporting_Positions

Each job is categorized by by department, location, name of incumbent, type of appointment, pay plan, etc. Assuming that this person was appointed to his position, there's a good chance that his name will be listed. If not, then we can do a search on the individual positions. So far, I've found images of every person I've looked up.

I've attached the PLUM books for 2008 and 2012. The State Department positions start on (pdf) page 116 and 113, respectively. There's about 500 positions listed under that department, with about half of the positions empty and a lot of them female. Using the clues we've been given, I think we have a good chance of finding out who this person is once and for all.
