"The guys in my group did an analysis some months ago and found virtually all of the so-called sealed indicts were continuances/reassignments/changes of existing cases. In NoVa, for example, in one month, they found only two actual indictments, and those were likely for drug busts.

The Clinton Foundation investigation in Little Rock has been ongoing since mid-2015 (!!) and not one single indictment. This does not raise confidence levels."
