2 tbl spoon povodine iodine
10% Povidone Iodine is available OTC (Over the Counter) without a
prescription at any drug store for a few dollars.
22 - 30 seconds I HOLD before cleanup, wipedown, nose blow etc… I Also use it to clean the counter.
I gargle, and spit it all out.
