Children going through Puberty, girls from age 8-13, boys ages 10-16, should be free of anyone looking to take advantage of that transitional time. They should be educated about the results of sex and the difference between love and hormone driven lust. Pedophiles represent the worst abusers, sexualizing children/ infants before and during puberty, setting these children up to become the next generation of abusers.
