But Vali Nasr is incredibly entrenched with both Islamic and Communist background. His father Hossein Nasr has a long list of accomplishments and education that even dwarves Vali's.
One thing we know for certain, is that Vali Nasr was definitely in Obama Admin as a member and advisor of the State Dept's Foreign Affairs Policy Board between 2009-2011.
