This has happened, before. Somewhere around late 2018 to 2019, if memory serves, I thought Q took on a more feminine tone. It defies intuition to think a group of people could somehow coordinate use of an account, but it is possible in principle.
Regardless, Q already gave proofs of the important parts. Even if positive control of the trip has been lost and someone else is acting instead, it doesn't really compromise much.
