Last week it looked liked the angle was going to be Horowitz telling congress Monday that [RR] changed the report therefore making that the BOOM that would kick everything off.
Now, it's beginning to look like that won't actually be the case.
So…. let's not freak out if his testimony ends up being a nothingburger. Of course, many will still have a cow anyway…
