Mr. Biden: A few months ago, I announced a fifty-two million dollar grant from the American Rescue Plan…to train our workers, upgrade our factories, for the electric vehicle revolution.

Mr. Biden: Just like over the last century, American workers built carburetors, now American workers are going to build vehicles, batteries, and a new clean energy economy.

Mr. Biden: It's going to take time to get inflation back to normal levels…we could see setbacks along the way.

Mr. Biden: We're building 500,000 electric charging stations across the country…the great American roadtrip will be fully electrified.
