Seems highly unlikely that the police would identify a luggage thief nearly a month after the the alleged theft on a different flight. Even more unlikely that the arresting officer took a photo OP with the thief's boss. Now when said boss is the president and said officer is q grunt cop, the probability is now outside of the standard deviation.
