This years flu is particularly nasty. Five days of hell. Vomiting, fever, chills, headache and muscle ache from hell. It's highly contagious and swept through my house within days of each other.
Over the counter pain meds helped some but it was mostly just trying to sleep it off when the pain eased. No fun at all but survivable.
