FLASHBACK: Moscow, Idaho is where maskless churchgoers singing outside were ARRESTED in 2020

Unsure if already mentioned here (probably was), but I was reading the PB post linked above about the Idaho murders, their cars being towed, and I noticed "the Moscow Police" are involved… that reminded me of the Moscow, ID story from 2020 where the police arrested church members for singing outside w/o masks.

Does Moscow, ID have a bigger problem w/ their Mayor and/or police? Who's really running the show in Moscow?
