So something I noticed in people with chronic pain and more than one problem is they don't read the fucking labels of the food they buy, so they get HFCS in their food and stupid shit like that which causes inflamation. It's maddening to ask them to toss it in the trash and reverse engineer it. But literally I been finding myself, my time consumed with this shit.
