*The Cabal has managed to hide from the World the fact that there are oceans of magmatically produced (high temperature and high pressure on specific geological formations) "Primary Water" within the Earth's mantel which is forced upwards towards the surface by the same forces which produce springs and feed lakes, streams and even our oceans.
The test to determine if a water is primary, or not, is whether it contains trace amounts of radioactive Tritium. All of the water in the hydrological cycle from which we obtain our potable water has been contaminated due to the most boneheaded determination that tesing atomic and nuclear weapons above or below ground would have a negligible effect on the environment.
