Look for a SSKI Potassium Iodide Solutions Mixing Kit online to get the right thing and bring your iodine levels up immediately with just a couple drops. "Lugol's" is a weak solution and not made to be taken internally, like it says right on the bottle. Was made for staining lab slides and sterilization.
"Nascent" is more overpriced weak crap.
