Hmm, genes do not control biology, environment does? Shouldn't everyone look the same then? If anything the world was usually against me telling me I couldn't do, even when I believed them, I was still a Legend. I just knew I was good at things because I was good at things.
Personally I didn't meet my biological father until I was 19. He is on the totally opposite side of the planet too. After getting to know him for a few days only, I understood exactly where I got certain things from.
Also another story. I grew up with my cousin and, when listening to music, would always lay down on her bed with headphones, and sway left to right to the beat of the music. I go to visit her parents and brother on the other side of the planet (whom she never met yet, long story). I meet my cousins brother… when he listens to music… you guessed it… he would lay down on his bed with headphones and sway his body left to right to the beat of the music.
I trust my own eyeballs and experience tbh.
