The story of Joseph is similar to what happened with the British Empire. The EITC helped to crack open China (Opium wars) to the British Empire. Current day Israel might have been a 'Goshen' of sorts. It would not have been possible without the conclusion of the Great War and the dismantling of the Turkish Ottoman Empire.

16 When the report was heard in Pharaoh’s house, ‘Joseph’s brothers have come’, Pharaoh and his servants were pleased. 17 Pharaoh said to Joseph, ‘Say to your brothers, “Do this: load your animals and go back to the land of Canaan. 18 Take your father and your households and come to me, so that I may give you the best of the land of Egypt, and you may enjoy the fat of the land.”

8 Now a new king arose over Egypt, who did not know Joseph. 9 He said to his people, ‘Look, the Israelite people are more numerous and more powerful than we. 10 Come, let us deal shrewdly with them, or they will increase and, in the event of war, join our enemies and fight against us and escape from the land.’

The Egyptians seemed to have had the same worries that have fallen on Americans. (((They))) side with the enemies of America. They will run away after they steal as much as they can.
