Appellate Court axed POTUS' Special Master suit today and is basically saying "we're not giving you anything back right now, even your personal shit, so fuck off."
Well, whatever, not surprising…but this footnote on Page 15 in the Court's filing is too bizarre:
"During discussion of this factor at oral argument, Plaintiff’s counsel noted
that the seized items included “golf shirts” and “pictures of Celine Dion.” The
government concedes that Plaintiff “may have a property interest in his per-
sonal effects.” While Plaintiff may have an interest in these items and others
like them, we do not see the need for their immediate return after seizure un-
der a presumptively lawful search warrant."
Why would POTUS' lawyer bring up pictures of Celine Dion in particular? I mean, he's probably got pics of him and all kinds of famous people posing together. It's just ridiculous the Feds took them.
But why did the Court need to highlight this detail in the filing? Even stranger, Peter Strzok felt a need to highlight this. Am I going crazy for thinking it's comms? Cuz I reaaallly think it's comms kek.
