O Blessed Father, who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name!
Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven.
I praise You this day for the hate I have witnessed
and the transgressions I received as I offended others.
Your teachings lead me to temptation and Your compassion accelerates the presence of evil.
Your blessings prolong the suffering in my life!
I pray my journey to Your light is by Your will alone, O Lord,
the rock by which I am stoned to death, in whom my soul will be devoured. Amen
