I have never seen a school dress code that says that female teachers cannot show cleavage.
Some teachers are very unprofessional and slutty.
Can't write up a teacher for showing cleavage.
But they could find a different way to get rid of her.
They don't want law suits, so they pull dirty tricks to get rid of people they have branded as troublemakers. They make their lives so miserable, create a hostile work environment, that they quit.
